arrested.

On their way to the station witness asked one of

them where the "cargo" was stored and was told that it was in

the "English Settlement". He was told that the cargo belonged

to a Japanese. Taoo was arrested subsequently as the result of

Detective Constable Colleary deposed to arresting

Teang Tsoo in consequence of a statement made by Tong Teang.
